Urban Decay Clean and Sober Oil free Makeup remover Review

First of all I'm going to explain the reason I got this product.
The packaging is really cute and girly something that I tend to lean toward in a makeup or skincare product, yes I am very much interested in the contents of a product but I'm also  a sucker for cute packaging, though its not the most important thing about a product seeing that poor quality contents can reside in high quality packaging, its a definite accessory.

The overall bottle is transparent, its the liquid inside that gives the bottle a purple tint.
The front of the bottle features a pretty mermaid with ginger hair.
The back has fancy writing of the description of what the product claims to do, among other things.
The cap is a metallic purple, this covers the white dispenser pump

Pros
Awesome packaging
Comes with a dispenser pump , which is useful in controlling the amount of product that comes out
Its oil free, a must for persons that have acne prone skin
Smells great, not chemical like compared to other makeup removers (smells like lavender and cookies to me)
Clear gel like consistency is easy to remove if it happens to fall on clothing
You get a decent amount of product in the bottle (100 ml  3.4 US fl. oz)

Cons
Does not remove water proof makeup very well  (it took a good few rubs to get off my UD zero eyeliner)
Can sting a tiny bit if it gets in the eyes
Even as a cleanser it doesn't remove all your long wearing  foundation,( I still some get residue on my cotton pads when I follow with an astringent)
Is discontinued on the Urban decay  and Sephora website but you can still get it at ebay and amazon and if you live in Trinidad a store called magical makeup in Trincity mall has it.
Is very pricey ( ebay has it for 17.99 US , amazon 14.99 US and magical makeup has it for 195.00 TT

Below are its ingredients

Main Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Butylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Poloxamer 184, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Disodium Lauroamphodiacetate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Caprylyl Glycol, Hydroxide, Sodium Citrate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Diethylhexyl Syringylidene-Malonate, Benzyl Benzoate, Fragrance (parfum), Linalool, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Honey Extract, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower/leaf extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower extract, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Isobutylparaben and Propylparaben.

Overall its a great product if you love cute packaging and only want to remove very little makeup (not suitable for makeup that is water proof or long wearing).
Not worth the price and I expected more from Urban decay which is one of my favorite high end makeup brands.
I give it a (2 out of 5)

Hope my honest review was helpful and informative to you guys.
Thanks for reading.
Stay safe and beautiful <3
